We currently only deliver to mainland France and Switzerland.

Our packages are prepared with compostable packing material made from rice husks, in line with the brand's circular commitment.

How much time do I have to make a return?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return any products you do not wish to keep. The product for which the customer requests an exchange must be undamaged, unopened, and in its original packaging.

How do I submit my return request?

If you wish to make a return, please email us at contact@www.bizencosmetics.com. Please include your order number, a list of the products you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
